Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately no pets of any size are allowed inside our village; however, through our partners facilities near us, you can let your furry friends experience a vacation too, and stay in daily contact with the facility managers.

The solution you’ve booked will be available after 2 pm. A few days before your arrival, we will get in touch with you to finalize the details of your stay. This way, you can tell us about any arrival needs and we can find a suitable solution together.

Departure is scheduled by 9 am. If you enjoyed your vacation here so much that you don't feel like leaving, inquire at the front desk. We will try and find a solution to let you use the Village common areas for a few more hours.
For weekend stays, a Late Check-out is already included in the reservation. This way, your weekend stay will also include Sunday, with a late afternoon departure.

An umbrella in the first row is always provided for suite stays. However, umbrellas are assigned based on the order of reservation, and according to special needs specified in advance.

Arrangements for beach places are made on each check-in day so that everyone's requests can be taken into account.

In our village, infants 0-3 stay free of charge. If they do not sleep in a crib, they can sleep in the bed with you. Otherwise, if they need a single bed all to themselves, book an accommodation with an extra bed.

Our formulas include “room only" or "breakfast included” options.

If you want to reserve a table at our restaurant for the entire duration of your stay or for whenever you want, ask our front desk.

We will periodically update you on dedicated offers and packages before your arrival, as scheduled for the season.

We have solutions that can accommodate up to 5 people (including children). If you plan to have guests during your stay, we prefer to directly assign a larger accommodation at the time of booking, to make everyone more comfortable! Instead, parking space for your guest's car will be charged separately, as will any additional beach service.

If your guests stay only for a short time (up to 1 hour), no extra charges will be applied. If they stay for longer, in addition to the cost per person according to age, parking space and the beach place will also be charged. Keep in mind, however, that during high season, daily guests are not allowed; you can still notify us of any such needs.

Our village is all pedestrian-only, and the distances to the beach or services are really very short. That is why bikes or mopeds are not allowed, for your safety.

Yes, each accommodation has recycling containers and bags available. Our operators provide daily pick-up directly from your veranda, at the times specified at the beginning of your stay.

Since the village is pedestrian-only, cars are not allowed inside. Included parking for one car is provided for each reservation. At check-in and check-out, our operators are at your disposal regarding your luggage, which will be transported in a convenient electric car.

Yes, in addition to the shuttles provided by the municipality of Terracina, with a stop at the entrance to the village at set times, for the 2023 season we are planning to provide the village's own shuttle service for the exclusive use of our clients.

Yes, you can reach us by train. The nearest train station to us is Monte San Biagio – Terracina Mare, which is directly connected to Rome Termini and Naples central stations. We also have the ability to arrange transfers to/from the Fiumicino airport.
